Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless pork chops
1 1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons white sugar
4 teaspoons water
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 Orange
Directions
Heat oil in the Enameled Cast Iron Skillet over medium heat.
Cook pork chops until evenly brown on both sides; remove from skillet.
Pour in orange juice, soy sauce and sugar. Boil for 2 minutes, scraping the bottom of pan.
In a small bowl, mix together water and cornstarch with a Whisk to make a slurry, and stir into sauce.
Return pork to skillet and cook briefly until thickened and pork is cooked through using a Digital Meat Thermometer.
Serve with orange slices.
