1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound boneless pork chops

1 1/3 cup orange juice

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons white sugar

4 teaspoons water

2 teaspoon cornstarch

1 Orange

Directions

Heat oil in the Enameled Cast Iron Skillet over medium heat.

Cook pork chops until evenly brown on both sides; remove from skillet.

Pour in orange juice, soy sauce and sugar. Boil for 2 minutes, scraping the bottom of pan.

In a small bowl, mix together water and cornstarch with a Whisk to make a slurry, and stir into sauce.

Return pork to skillet and cook briefly until thickened and pork is cooked through using a Digital Meat Thermometer.

Serve with orange slices.
