Ingredients
4 Thick Cut Pork Chops
2 cans Green Beans
Red potatoes (cut in about 1/2" pieces)
1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
Rotisserie Seasoning to season potatoes
Salt/pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F
In a skillet heat olive oil on medium high.
Season Chops with salt & pepper and add to hot pan. Cook about 3 minutes on each side to sear.
I used my micro-cooker for the potatoes to lessen the cook time. 5 minutes in microwave on high while I seared my chops.
Mix together olive oil, garlic and ranch seasoning.
After searing chops brush ranch mix in both sides and put them on Stone Bar Pan!
I arrange them so I have room for veggies to surround them. I added my canned green beans with some salt and pepper.
Season the potatoes with Rotisserie Seasoning and place around chops and green beans
Bake 20 mins and checked with a thermometer to make sure chops were cooked through!
