Beef Tips with Pressure Cooker

Super easy, great for those busy days when you don't have much time but you still want a homecooked delicious meal!

Ingredients


2 lbs Stew Beef

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Onion, diced

1 cups Beef Stock

1 Au Jus Seasoning Pack

1 cup Water

Salt and Pepper to taste

1/4 cup Water, used separately

3 tablespoons Cornstarch

Parsley to garnish


Directions


Put Deluxe Multi Cooker or pressure cooker on Sear and add a little oil... season stew beef with salt and pepper.


Once oil is hot brown all sides of stew beef (you may need to do this in batches) when close add onions cook until they start to get translucent. Cancel Sear setting.


in a small bowl whisk together all other ingredients except cornstarch and 1/4 cup water.


Add mixture to stew beef.. Close pressure cooker and high pressure for 15 mins (beef setting on the Deluxe Multi Cooker and adjust time to 15 mins)


In small bowl mix together cornstarch and remaining water.


When 15 minute timer is up, Do a quick pressure release, Open pressure cooker and add cornstarch mixture.


Put pressure cooker on Sear setting again for about a minute until it starts to boil. Cancel Sear setting and let cool a few minutes.


Serve over mashed potatoes and garnish Parley if desired.
