Peach Chili Beef Barbecue Wraps

Now this recipe is just a little something I've came up with on a whim while experimenting with new Pampered Chef Sauce. It's definitely going to be a regular! I served with Baked Beans and Onion Rings!

Ingredients

6 burrito-size flour tortillas

1 tbsp olive oil

1½ lb ground beef

5 green onions, sliced

1 (12-oz) pkg frozen corn

Directions

Heat olive oil in 5Qt. Brilliance Nonstick Sauté Pan over medium high heat.

Add ground beef to hot pan and let cook 2-3 minutes, flip it and cook another 2-3 minutes, then break apart using Mix N Chop and add onions. Cook until completely browned and drain.

Stir in corn; cover and cook 4 minutes or until tender.

Stir in Peach Chili Sauce and cook until heated through.

Heat tortillas in Tortilla Warmer in microwave for 15 seconds.

Spoon filling mixture onto tortillas; fold in sides of each tortilla, and roll up to enclose filling. Cut wraps in half, if desired.
