I'll be honest... I'm not huge on writing and sometimes, I'm a bit sassy and usually not always politically correct!
To introduce myself, hmmm... Well, my name is Azure Hensley, I wear a lot of hats (figuratively speaking), I'm a wife, mother of 3 (2 disabled and still at home) and 4 grandchildren at this time. I own and operate a pet grooming salon with my husband, Neil. I am a huge foodie! I am an independent consultant with Pampered Chef, and I own and operate Clover's Clubhouse Cat Rescue... aka Cooking with the Crazy Cat Lady (which is one of my Facebook business pages) and just this year I am also a student. Whew... can we say busy!!!
Which brings me here and starting this blog. I mentioned I'm a huge Foodie, right? But I am also extremely busy so I had to get pretty creative on ways to make sure that my family eats healthy delicious meals, without making things even more hectic for myself.
Care to come join me? I'll share my triumphs, my fails, (FYI I am not a professional Chef, and I'm at time quite a mess in the kitchen but I love it!), I'll share recipes and tips along the way to bring food to the table quicker without sacrificing flavor!
