Make this recipe quick using your favorite frozen stir fry veggie mix! Only takes a few minutes to make!

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken breasts, bit size pieces
Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste
Package of frozen stir fry veggies
sesame seeds to garnish
steamed white rice
Stir Fry Sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp cold water
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
6 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger, minced
Directions
Heat Olive oil in large pan to Medium High.
Cut chicken to bite size pieces and season with salt & pepper and add to hot pan.
Cook chicken until completely cooked through, remove from pan ad set aside.
Add a little more olive oil and sauté your stir fry veggies until they begin to soften.
In a small bowl mix together cornstarch and water. Once combined then add the rest of the sauce ingredients.
Return chicken to pan with the veggies and add the sauce. Toss veggies and chicken in sauce to get everything coated.
Cook another minute or two until sauce begins to get bubbly, then remove from heat.
Serve over steamed white rice and garnish with sesame seeds
