I love Lemon and this easy pie is so so delicious! And The Deluxe Cooking Blender makes it even easier with its heated wash setting!

Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 lemon (sliced, use peel and all)
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick unsalted butter
Unbaked pie crust
Powdered Sugar for dusting
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Slice lemon and remove seeds.
Add all ingredients (except powdered sugar) to Deluxe Cooking Blender.
Blend until smooth. I used the smoothie setting with Deluxe Cooking Blender.
Grease Stone Pie Plate, (unless already well seasoned)... Roll pie crust into the pie plate and then add lemon filling.
Add pie to oven and bake 30-45 minutes.
Let cool and then using the Powder Sugar Shaker dust pie with the powdered sugar.
 ***Add water to first line of the blender and Use the deluxe cooking blenders heated wash setting and let it clean itself.
